General Description

The Professional Revenue Cycle Revenue Integrity Liaison is an experiencedsubject matter expert who leads complex revenue integrity initiatives, serves as an internal consultant, and drives enterprise-wide performance improvement effortsby analyzing professional billing workflows,monitoringperformance metrics, andassistingdepartments and providers with standard revenue cycle education and issue resolution.

Essential Job Duties

  • Support departments,clinicsand providers with education on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, andauthorizationworkflows.

  • Independentlyidentifyand analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trendsimpactingprofessional revenue.

  • Provide targeted education and recommendations to providers and departments to improve revenue cycle performance.

  • Develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders by running and reviewing standard reports and dashboards toidentifyopportunitiesfor improvement.

  • Supportthedevelopment and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs.

  • Expert knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows.

  • Strong consulting, presentation, and influence skills.

  • Ability to translate data into actionable operational strategies.

General Job Duties

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience

Certification/License/Registration: CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire date.
