Here's what we're looking for.

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong background in plant operations, production management, and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational performance metrics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop teams to maintain a productive, safe, and collaborative work environment
• Oversee staffing levels, including full-time and temporary employees, to align with production demands and cost objectives
• Partner with Quality to ensure all products meet customer and regulatory standards
• Review customer complaints and non-conformance reports, driving permanent corrective actions
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the plant
• Ensure the facility remains audit-ready and customer-ready at all times through strong housekeeping and operational discipline
• Drive initiatives to maximize production efficiency and minimize waste
• Oversee plant assets, ensuring proper maintenance, storage, and utilization
• Participate in monthly corporate meetings, reporting on plant performance
• Support the annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial plans
