*Bilingual Performing Loan Consultant (English/Spanish)* Tempe, AZ (Onsite)
Contract-to-Hire Opportunity (4-5 months with long-term potential) $21/hour + bonus potential upon conversion *Overview* We are seeking motivated, bilingual customer service professionals to join a fast-paced mortgage servicing call center. In this role, you will support homeowners across the country by handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting with mortgage-related questions, and helping customers resolve past-due balances through customized payment solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to break into the financial services industry and build long-term career growth within a stable and performance-driven environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment * Communicate with homeowners regarding past-due mortgage payments and account status * Identify causes of delinquency and develop practical repayment solutions * Process payments and assist with general mortgage servicing inquiries (escrow, payoff, etc.) * Refer qualified customers to refinancing opportunities when applicable * Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates * Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong communication during sensitive financial conversations * Meet performance metrics including call quality, schedule adherence, and resolution rates *Required Qualifications* * Fluent in both English and Spanish * Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment * Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple systems * Basic technical proficiency (Microsoft Office, systems navigation, data entry) *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience in collections, financial services, or mortgage servicing * Familiarity with handling delinquent accounts or payment arrangements * Previous exposure to high-volume call environments *Work Environment* * 100% onsite in Tempe, AZ * Fast-paced call center with blended inbound/outbound workflow * Approx. 7 calls per hour * Use of multiple computer screens and systems * Structured schedule with breaks every 2 hours and a 30-60 minute lunch * Strict attendance policy *Training & Schedule* * Initial training schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (after Day 1) * Post-training schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Hands-on training includes classroom learning and call floor nesting *Compensation & Growth* * $21/hour during contract period * Contract-to-hire conversion with performance-based bonus structure * Average bonuses: approximately $1,500 per month * Top performers can earn up to $2,500 per month * Opportunity for long-term career growth in operations, leadership, compliance, and other business areas *Important Compliance Requirements* * Comprehensive background check required (covering history from age 18 onward) * Credit check required as part of the hiring process * Candidates with significant delinquent debt or certain criminal histories may not be eligible for employment *What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out* * Entry point into the mortgage and financial services industry * Strong internal mobility and career advancement potential * Performance-driven culture with meaningful earning potential * Gain valuable experience in loan servicing, collections, and customer support If you are a driven, bilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find solutions, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
