Consultant, Senior (LN Discrete Manufacturing)

As part of Infor's continued growth in North America, we are expanding our team of LN Functional Consultants specializing in Logistics. This role is responsible for supporting client implementations of Infor LN Logistics and Manufacturing solutions to enable standardized, scalable operational processes.
The Senior Consultant works with client stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy Infor LN solutions across discrete manufacturing industries including Automotive, Industrial Enterprise, Aerospace & Defense, and Engineering & Construction.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
  • Participate in client-facing, full life cycle implementation projects for Infor LN as part of a project team
  • Lead structured information-gathering and solution design sessions
  • Document functional business requirements and solution scope
  • Configure Infor LN logistics and manufacturing modules based on approved design
  • Develop and execute functional test scenarios and validate system configuration
  • Deliver role-based training to client key users and end users
  • Provide functional consulting aligned to defined supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Track assigned deliverables and report project status according to project governance standard
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting ERP logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing modules in a discrete manufacturing environment
  • ERP implementation experience in at least one of the following industries: Automotive, Industrial Enterprise, Aerospace & Defense, Engineering & Construction
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Inventory management. Production control, Purchasing and procurement, Warehousing, Sales order management and distribution
  • Experience supporting client-facing workshops and functional design activities
  • Experience performing ERP software configuration and functional implementation tasks
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Infor LN Logistics and Manufacturing modules
  • Experience with comparable enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-plant manufacturing environments
  • Experience participating in ERP-driven business transformation programs
