Position summary: Aligns all strategic marketing, business development, and client engagement activities including development of strategic pursuit capture plan and implementation of pre-proposal strategic positioning efforts. Works with Business Line Leader to implement the strategic plan across JMT's footprint. Responsible for coordinating with regional Pursuit Managers in support of marketing and strategic opportunities. Primary focus will be on water and environmental markets and services along with energy utilities. This role directly influences JMT's growth by translating business line strategy into focused market positioning, client engagement, and winning pursuits across the Water, Energy & Environment markets. The position serves as a critical bridge between technical leadership, business development, and marketing execution, aligning firmwide resources around priority clients and opportunities. Ultimately, this role helps JMT strengthen market presence, build long-term client relationships, and deliver sustained, profitable growth. Essential functions and responsibilities:
