Summary of Position

The Senior Manager, B2B Marketing Analytics will lead analytics efforts that inform andoptimizeour B2B gotomarket strategy across the full funnel;from demand generation and accountbased marketing to pipeline, revenue, and clientlifecycle performance. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales,Ops,Finance, and Data teams to deliver actionable insights, scalable measurement frameworks, and clear executiveready storytelling.

This is a handson leadership role for someone who can move fluidly between strategic problem framing, advanced analysis, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own B2B marketing measurement strategyacross the funnel, including demand generation, ABM, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and clientlifecycle performance.

  • Develop and evolve attribution, funnel, and performance frameworksthat enable confident decisionmaking and investment prioritization across channels and programs.

  • Translate complex data into clear insights and narratives, delivering executivelevel reporting and recommendations that influence strategy and planning.

  • Partner crossfunctionallywith Marketing, Sales,Ops, Finance, and Data Science toalign onmetrics, definitions, and business questions.

  • Analyze performance of campaigns, channels, and segments,identifyingoptimization opportunities and growth levers.

  • Build scalable reporting and dashboardsusing BI tools to enable selfservice insights for stakeholders whilemaintaininganalytical rigor.

  • Contribute to analytics best practices, including documentation, data quality standards, and consistent use of KPIs across the organization.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or businessrelated field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Marketing)

  • 6+years of experiencein marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related analytics role, with significant exposure toB2B business modelsand metrics.

  • 2+ years of experience withB2B marketing and sales funnels, including lead management, pipeline, revenue attribution, and accountbased marketing.

  • Proven ability toinfluence senior stakeholdersthrough datadriven insights and compelling storytelling.

  • Handson experience withanalytics and BI tools(e.g.,SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).

  • Experience working withCRM and marketing platforms(e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalents).

  • Comfortable operating inambiguous environments, balancing speed with accuracy and iterating toward better answers.

  • Experience partnering closely withdata engineering or data science teamsto improve data quality, accessibility, and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B2C / partner-led go-to-market models (e.g., selling through brokers, consultants, or resellers) and measuring marketing influence across multi-stakeholder buying committees in long, relationship-driven sales cycles.

The base salary range for this position is$115,000 - $140,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2026Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-timepositions. Thisinformation is applicable for all full-time positions.

We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
