Position Summary: The Engineering Intern supports plant operations by driving lean manufacturing initiatives and maintaining the integrity of the quality management system at the Mt. Juliet facility. This role contributes to improving process efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement efforts through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Materials teams. The position plays a hands-on role in developing standardized processes, validating measurement systems, and supporting both internal and supplier quality initiatives.
