What this role is

This role is the enterprise leader responsible for shaping how change happens across the organization. As Vice President, Enterprise Change Management, you set the vision, strategy, and standards that enable large-scale transformation to succeed-not just in delivery, but in adoption, value realization, and cultural alignment.

This is a highly strategic leadership role with enterprise-wide impact. You will partner directly with leaders across Business Transformation, IT, HR, and other key functions to embed change as a core organizational capability, ensuring that transformation initiatives-from Lead to Cash modernization to operating model shifts in the age of AI - are embraced, sustained, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You are not just leading change programs; you are building the system that makes continuous change possible.

What this role isn't

This is not a project-level or program-support change role focused solely on communications or training deliverables. It is not reactive or limited to individual initiatives.

You are not simply executing change-you are defining how change is governed, scaled, and sustained across the enterprise. This role is not about working in silos; success depends on deep, ongoing partnerships across functions and shared accountability for enterprise outcomes.

What you'll bring to the table

  • Deep expertise in enterprise change management, transformation, and organizational effectiveness
  • Proven ability to influence and advise C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable change frameworks
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams or Centers of Excellence
  • Advanced stakeholder management and conflict resolution capabilities across complex, cross-functional organizations
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills to drive clarity, alignment, and engagement
  • Data-driven approach to measuring adoption, impact, and value realization
  • High adaptability and resilience, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and continuous change

Some details about what you'll do

  • Define and execute an enterprise-wide change management strategy aligned to business and transformation goals
  • Establish and scale a standardized change management framework, including methodologies, tools, and governance
  • Lead a centralized change function or Center of Excellence to support enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Partner closely with leaders from Business Transformation, IT, HR, and other functions to embed change management into all major initiatives
  • Integrate change management into end-to-end program delivery, from strategy through sustainment
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and change impact assessments across initiatives
  • Build organizational readiness frameworks and monitor adoption, usage, and proficiency metrics
  • Develop enterprise-wide change capability through training, coaching, and continuous improvement practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience establishing or leading a Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital, operational, or organizational transformation programs
  • Proven ability to design and implement governance, metrics, and reporting frameworks for change
  • Track record of building change maturity and capability at an enterprise level
