As Regional Marketing Manager, Household Care, you will hold a strategic, commercially focused role with regional responsibility. You'll turn global direction into clear regional priorities, guide market-based decisions, and partner closely with Sales, Technical Services, and Global Marketing to accelerate profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead regional growth strategy: Own the North American Household Care 3-year growth plan, translating global direction into regional targets, priority initiatives, and annual execution plans in close partnership with Sales, Technical Services, and Global Marketing teams.

  • Turn insights into action: Generate and distill market, customer, and competitive insights into clear, actionable tactics that drive sales and business growth.

  • Drive commercial excellence: Lead pricing strategy and governance, support key negotiations, and ensure strong, value-based positioning across the portfolio.

  • Manage regional product portfolio: Own the regional view of the product portfolio and pipeline, ensuring offerings meet North American market needs. Provide clear input to global teams on gaps, opportunities, and next-generation solutions.

  • Shape market positioning & demand: Partner with Marketing Communications and Sales to define value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market activities (including trade events and campaigns) that strengthen market presence and build pipeline.

  • Support sales & customer engagement: Work alongside the Sales team on key accounts and opportunities, including participating in customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows to bring market insight and strengthen commercial impact.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

Musthaves

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • Minimum 7 years of strategic marketing or commercial experience in B2B, specialty ingredients, chemicals, or a related industry

  • Strong analytical and insightgeneration skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable strategies

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including valuebased pricing, portfolio management, budget management and support of complex negotiations

  • Proven ability to influence and align crossfunctional stakeholders without direct authority

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Experience within the Household Care industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills

  • Power BI experience preferred

  • Exposure to regional or global matrix organizations and crossborder collaboration

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuousimprovement mindset

Ways of Working

  • Work setup: Based in Franklinton, NC - Office/Hybrid

  • Travel: Approximately 20-30% travel, primarily within North America

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated salary range: $135,000 - $155,000 + 15% target bonus

  • 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution
