Job Overview
Supervise a team to manufacture high-quality products on schedule and within budget. Oversee daily production activities, prioritize tasks, and address production issues related to machinery and processes.
Essential Functions

- Monitor production performance and provide feedback: Encourage Monitor production performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise a team of manufacturing members:Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to a team of manufacturing members, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
- Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
- Work Experience: 3 years related experience
- Supervisory Experience: 2 years supervisory experience

- Internal Candidates: Supervisory or other leadership experience*
- *Examples of "other leadership experience" may include any of the following: Holding a Team Lead position in Operations; Serving as a project lead where the project had a sizeable business impact and involved guiding a cross-functional team to results, typically in a similar industry; Taking on a leadership role in a Member Resource Group (MRG) or other work-related committee requiring leadership skills; Leading a large-scale change where change management expertise was required; Creating and implementing a multi-year strategic plan; Completing a Haworth leadership development program, including our Aspiring Leader Program (ALP); Completing Haworth Management System (HMS) champion project(s); Mentoring interns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in strategic or longrange maintenance planning, including predictive or conditionbased maintenance approaches.
- Strongdigital aptitude, with the ability to leverage data, dashboards, or analytics tools to drive maintenance decisions and improve uptime.
- Working knowledge of AIenabled tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automated diagnostics, CMMS enhancements, or AIassisted troubleshooting).
- Foundational proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis, automation, or integration with maintenance systems (e.g., analyzing downtime trends, automating reports, or improving workflows).
- Experience using or optimizingCMMS/EAM systems; familiarity with data extraction, reporting, or API integrations preferred.Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Strong systemsthinking mindset with the ability to translate technical insights into practical, floorlevel execution.
- Effective communicator capable ofcoaching teams through technology adoption and change.
Exposure to predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermal imaging, sensorbased monitoring).Experience collaborating with IT, data, or automation teams.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies supported by data analytics.
