About the Role We're seeking a detailoriented Loan Servicing Support professional to join a highvolume servicing team within a large enterprise banking environment. This role supports essential loan and line servicing functions across Home Equity, Small Business, Auto, and Personal lending products. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and documentation-and wants a strong foot in the door with a major financial organization. What You'll Be Doing Loan and Line Maintenance * Process routine, nonexceptional transactions including payment postings and payoff processing. * Set up and maintain autopay enrollments. * Perform address changes and basic account updates. * Complete Federal Reserve loan and line pledging activities using established checklists. * Conduct routine audit and quality control reviews. * Perform followup outreach to dealerships to obtain outstanding title documentation. * Track and monitor the status of titlerelated documents. * Assist with duplicate title requests and related document preparation. * Validate data by comparing system records to source documentation. Top Skills We're Looking For Required: * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, validation, and spreadsheet maintenance. * Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
