About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in React and Next.js and handson experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a CMS platform. • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and content models, supporting both:

    • Headless AEM integrations, and
    • AEM SPA Editor-based implementations.

  • Integrate AEM content with React applications using APIs, GraphQL, or JSON models, ensuring clean separation of content and presentation.
  • Partner with Product, UX, and Architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, accessibility (WCAG), security, and quality standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions, contributing to frontend best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend and CMS integration issues across environments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows, tooling, and component reusability.

Qualifications (some examples listed below):

  • Strong experience building modern web applications using React and Next.js.
  • Handson experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a CMS (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
  • Solid understanding of headless CMS concepts and frontend/CMS integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with crossfunctional teams.

Preferred / NicetoHave

  • Experience with AEM SPA Editor and/or advanced headless AEM implementations.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, SEO best practices, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build/deployment workflows.
