Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your talent acquisition expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping Alstom's future workforce by identifying and nurturing early career talent. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as HR, business leads, and regional teams), manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for early career programs, and foster strong relationships with universities and academic institutions.

You'll specifically take care of executing Alstom's Early Career Talent Acquisition strategy, but also represent Alstom as an employer of choice at campus events and in academic circles.

We'll look to you for:



  • Managing and executing full-cycle recruitment for early career programs such as internships, apprenticeships, and graduate programs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, university organizations, faculty, and key campus partners to support the identification and selection of qualified undergraduate candidates.
  • Coordinating the logistics and execution of oncampus recruitment activities and events.
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to create a strategic talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
  • Driving inclusive and equitable hiring practices to boost diversity within our talent pool.
  • Utilizing data analytics to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Training internal ambassadors on topics relevant to early career recruitment.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience in early career recruitment, including managing diverse programs like internships and apprenticeships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and network with internal stakeholders, external actors and candidates
  • Strong project management skills and experience with event planning.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, adaptable to both formal and informal settings.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25% during peak seasons).
