Summary: The MHMG Population Health Management team is seeking a mission driven individual to join our team in the role of program coordinator. The Population Health Program Coordinator role is an excellent entrylevel opportunity for individuals looking to build a foundational career in healthcare program management and population health. In this role, you'll gain handson experience supporting impactful, datadriven initiatives while learning directly from experienced clinicians, care teams, and population health leaders. We are committed to developing earlycareer talent through mentorship, exposure to systemwide initiatives, and opportunities to expand skills in care coordination, clinical quality improvement, and valuebased care-creating a strong pathway for longterm career growth within our organization.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications:Driver's license may be required based on department business need.
  3. Experience: One year of experience in healthcare or related work experience required. Some roles may require experience in a specific program area.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong computer skills.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
