We are seeking a limited-term Video Intern to support our United States Marketing Team for the summer of 2026. This work can be performed in Pensacola, FL, Oklahoma or remotely from any location in the United States. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) for approximately 15 (or 8) weeks during the summer of 2026.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Assist the video team with editing videos that appear in web, presentations, and event environments.
  • Assist with the development of internal and external communications.
  • Assist with quality control for digital media deliverables for corporate communications initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to the firm's digital communications initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the video team.


Education and Licensure

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). (required)
  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production program or similar major. (required)


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain constant attention to detail, and be skilled in working both collaboratively and independently to perform effectively under tight deadlines. (required)
  • Online examples of work or portfolio. (required)
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills. (required)
  • Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team player attitude. (required)
  • Proven Experience editing videos in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience with other Adobe CC tools is an asset (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
