Job Description: Bristow Group seeks a Director Total Rewards to lead the total rewards team inclusive of benefits, broad-based and executive compensation, HR shared services, and global mobility functions. This important role leads a team of professionals to develop and implement a robust, coordinated, enterprise-wide total rewards strategy that positions the Company for long-term success. By working with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to understand the Company strategy, the leader will serve as a close strategic partner to the leadership team to develop innovative and equitable programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent within the respective markets, while driving business results. This roll up your sleeves leader is expected to be deeply knowledgeable in all aspects of total rewards, adept at strategizing around the compensation nuances necessary to retain, incentivize the workforce within a competitive landscape. This Director will also be adept at navigating HR business process improvement, leveraging data and analytics to better inform decisions and with the ability to connect with employees across the organization at all levels, remain calm under pressure, be adaptable to change, and have a passion for creativity. Act as a strategic partner to Bristow Group's leadership team and the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to define, develop, communicate, and execute the total rewards philosophy and strategy, ensuring that all compensation and benefits programs align with Bristow Group's business strategy, driving a high performance culture, attracting, and rewarding top talent Develop and implement enterprise-wide compensation programs, practices, processes, and systems; including Company-wide philosophy and guiding principles for pay delivery, pay equity, pay transparency, job evaluation, job architecture and market intelligence, and the administration of the annual compensation cycle Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including the management of all compliance filings, reports, and audits related to the administration of employee compensation programs Manage and oversee the design, implementation, administration, maintenance, and reporting of executive, incentive and equity compensation programs and initiatives across the organization In collaboration with the CAO, manage all Compensation Committee-related matters, prepare relevant materials, manage the meeting cadence/activities including oversight of the Committee's compensation consultant and prepare the annual proxy, partnering with Finance, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders Provide strategic direction, planning, and execution of Bristow Group's benefits program, including health and welfare, 401K/retirement, time-off and flexibility, disability plans, and other various benefits needs within the respective markets Manage the effective communication of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to achieve employee awareness, understanding, and appreciation of program offerings, partnering with relevant internal stakeholders Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of total rewards processes, as well as recommend adjustments to HR initiatives, in support of a positive employee experience Develop and execute a comprehensive global mobility strategy, overseeing international assignments, immigration compliance, tax coordination, and relocation services to support talent acquisition, career development, and Company expansion across geographies Leverage HRIS data to generate actionable insights, KPIs, and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and improved organizational and employee experience across the organization Lead and develop a highly skilled team Provide strategic counsel to the Company's Leadership Team Develop strategic plans that protect and strengthen the Bristow brand globally Work across the organization to understand issues and mitigate risks - internally and externally Set performance targets and KPI's for all respective team processes and personnel

Desired Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, is required Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or Finance preferred 10+ years of experience in a total rewards leadership role from either the corporate sector, consulting services, or a combination of both Exposure across all areas of the total rewards function, from broad-based compensation, executive compensation, incentive programs, to benefits (including vendor management) and governance, etc. Depth of experience in broad based and incentive compensation, with a focus on data, is critical Proven leadership in building and driving competitive global compensation, benefits and wellness Strong working understanding and experience with respect to public company reporting requirements (e.g., proxy filings, compensation disclosure, etc.) Exposure partnering with the CAO in interactions with the Compensation Committee (e.g., agenda planning, preparing material, presenting, etc.), as well as with the designated Compensation Consultant. Experience working in global, multi-location environments with geographically dispersed teams Nuanced understanding of local and regional dynamics related to rewards in different countries and geographies. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite Detail oriented with strong verbal, written and presentation skills at all levels
