Summary of Responsibilities: The Shipping Auditor provides support, development, and coordination of quality control processes included within the warehouse. Must have strong understanding of Shipping and Receiving processes. Primary Responsibilities: Have excellent attendance Strong attention to detail Data entry in computerized systems Ability to work independently and as a team player Visually inspect orders to be shipped to customers to ensure compliance with customer specifications Work closely with the Shipping Team to address both process and behavior related issues with Warehouse Specialist and Material Handlers on quality The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and writing, with customers and all levels of staff to ensure production and quality standards are met. Ensure all shipping activities strictly follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements Other duties as required by Manager Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail Ability to perform assigned tasks independently with limited supervision Proven ability to multi-task and finish projects accurately and on time Strong math skills; be mechanically inclined Ability to learn new processes in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of MS office applications Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: 1 year in Shipping/Receiving warehouse environment. Experience with inventory management systems is preferred. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee must: Be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds; Regularly required to use hands and stand for longs periods of time.
