Are you a strategic marketing leader passionate about driving product success and shaping user experiences? We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in guiding product marketing strategy and influencing both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing innovative products and features to market, defining user insights, and executing impactful campaigns that educate, engage, and drive adoption. Your expertise will directly shape product positioning, market perception, and the overall success of offerings that touch millions of users. **What you will do:**

* Serve as a "go-to" expert on products and features, providing critical input in the development process, conducting market analysis, and forecasting industry trends.

* Lead efforts to identify research needs, scope, manage, and guide user research initiatives with internal and external partners.

* Drive the creation and iteration of marketing content, ensuring alignment with product strategy and collaborating with production teams for multi-team publication.

* Define user insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, advocating for in-product user experience improvements and promoting engagement.

* Lead meetings to develop marketing plans for regional or functional teams, providing recommendations on portfolio, prioritizing goals, and defining positioning to engage target audiences.

* Manage and execute multiple medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to achieve user needs and team objectives.

* Develop and roll out frameworks for product marketing content across various channels, harmonizing processes for defining, collecting, and tracking key metrics.

* Validate market size and opportunity, leveraging subject matter expertise to identify new opportunities, build rationales, and consider short/long-term potential, pricing, and customer choices.

* Understand target audiences, develop product positioning, and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans and messaging for new products and features.

* Help drive product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communication nuances for different narratives and brand frameworks.
