Please note: This role is Hybrid and you are required to be onsite 3 days a week.

The Digital Account Strategist is a pivotal leader responsible for driving business growth and maintaining high-level relationships. Serving as the primary bridge between merchant teams and internal creative production, you will ensure that every project exceeds expectations through strategic oversight and "best-in-class" service.


Key Responsibilities

Relationship & Strategic Management



  • Elevated Partnership: Serve as the high-level point of contact for assigned business teams, fostering deep relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary lead for issue resolution, ensuring creative and business friction is handled efficiently while keeping management informed.
  • Growth & Opportunity: Identify and pursue opportunities for new business or expanded support within existing accounts; effectively communicate the full suite of creative capabilities.


Project Oversight & Liaison



  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME between business units and internal production teams to align project scope with creative execution.
  • Full Lifecycle Involvement: Participate in pre-production meetings to define scope and lead post-project recaps to drive continuous improvement.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and document protocols for a "premium experience," disseminating new workflows to keep teams agile.


Operations & Quality Control



  • Schedule & Status: Ensure project timelines are communicated and met; maintain a high-level pulse on project status at all times.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Creative Directors to audit final output (imagery, guides, briefs) to ensure they meet or exceed brand standards.
  • Resource Advocacy: Provide feedback to management regarding personnel alignment and suggest staffing changes to optimize project success.


Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years in account management or client services within a creative production environment or media agency.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) on both Mac and PC.
  • Soft Skills: Proven leadership, assertiveness, and the ability to manage complex multi-team conflicts.


Preferred Skills

  • Financial Impact: Proven track record of managing relationships valued at $1M+.
  • Strategic Vision: Experience building long-term strategic creative plans and educating teams on best-practice tactics.
  • Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of production workflows and the ability to work in a high-speed, changing environment.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel between office/client locations as needed.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.00 to $45.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
