Are you a dynamic digital marketing professional eager to make a significant impact? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to spearhead the creation, optimization, and analysis of paid social media advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of higher education clients. In this pivotal role, you will not only drive campaign success but also play a key part in mentoring and developing junior team members, shaping best practices, and contributing to the overall strategic vision of the team. Your expertise will directly influence client success, helping institutions reach their target audiences and achieve their marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Campaign Strategy & Execution:** Create and manage social media advertising accounts and campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the latest industry best practices.

* **Performance Optimization:** Continuously optimize social media advertising campaigns on a monthly basis to achieve peak performance and maximize return on investment.

* **Mentorship & Quality Assurance:** Review tasks and campaign setups by junior team members, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure optimal campaign execution.

* **Reporting & Insights:** Analyze campaign performance using data trends from platforms and reporting dashboards to generate insightful monthly client-facing notes.

* **Strategic Recommendations:** Develop meaningful, data-backed recommendations for client review, designed to positively impact campaign performance and client goals.

* **Collaborative Teamwork:** Actively participate in a collaborative team environment, contributing to process improvements, new best practices, and innovative testing ideas.

* **Industry Leadership:** Stay abreast of paid social media industry trends, sharing relevant articles and updates with the team, and contributing to internal and external resources like blogs and webinars.

* **Team Development:** Assist in the training and development of paid social media associates and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Bachelor's degree required; a major or concentration in Marketing/Advertising is preferred.

* 2 years of relevant work or internship experience in the digital marketing space.

* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing an independent workload.

* A passion for digital marketing and a commitment to customer service and client success.

* Effective communication and time management skills, along with the ability to efficiently utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

* Working knowledge of or experience managing paid campaigns within platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Business Manager, and/or TikTok Ads.

**Bonus Points:**

* Experience with data analysis, particularly analyzing digital campaign metrics to measure success.

* Familiarity with project management tools.
