This role will require proposing and virtually validating concepts during advance phase to support product development. Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills , Michigan 48326 , United States Requirements Basic Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Structural, Mechanical, Civil or Aerospace Engineering 5+ years of experience in crash safety simulation Strong fundamental knowledge of Finite Element Analysis and Structure development to meet crash requirements Create/modify full vehicle CAE models using ANSA, perform analysis using LS-Dyna to assess and develop structure to meet regulatory and third party crash requirements. Software: LS-DYNA, ANSA, Metapost Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Structural/Mechanical/Civil or Aerospace Engineering Excellent problem solving skills.
