Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Multiskilled Administrator to support multiple departments through a combination of administrative coordination, technical support, and operational management. This role requires a proactive professional with a broad skill set, including office administration, strong technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with SharePoint and SAP is essential.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing and supporting a new program, including configuring SharePoint environments and SAP systems. Responsibilities include setting up workflows, migrating and validating data from spreadsheets into SAP, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the transition. Additionally, the candidate will help maintain the stability, security, and optimal performance of enterprise applications, while providing cross-functional support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across various departments
  • Manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation
  • Administer and support SAP modules and related applications.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, including site creation, permissions, and workflows.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in SAP and SharePoint platforms.
  • Implement security protocols and user access controls.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP and SharePoint developments and best practices.
  • Coordinate projects and facilitate communication between teams
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Support onboarding and training processes as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience administering SAP systems, with a strong understanding of core SAP modules.
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting SharePoint environments, including site setup and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles requiring a multiskilled approach, with the ability to manage both technical and operational responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency across enterprise systems and standard business software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and dynamic work environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in SAP and SharePoint administration.
  • Familiarity with database management and networking.
