Our customer is seeking an energetic, dynamic, and collaborative Applications Integration Analyst to help customers build and support integration infrastructure to help our SaaS and Data Integration strategy. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Information Systems, the Applications Integration Specialist is a key member of the College's Information Technology team responsible for designing, building, and supporting integrations between Ellucian Banner and third-party applications to advance the institution's SaaS and data-integration strategy. This full-time position and requires close collaboration with functional departments, IT colleagues, and vendors to analyze requirements; develop, document, and maintain secure, scalable interfaces (APIs, flat-file and message-based flows); and ensure reliable data movement across academic, administrative, and student services systems. The Specialist monitors and troubleshoots integrations, upholds data quality and compliance standards, and contributes to continuous improvement of the integration infrastructure. The position follows the College's standard operating hours, with occasional evening or weekend work to support releases, maintenance, or emergencies. The purpose of this position is to provide advanced administration, maintenance, and support for the Ellucian Banner ERP ecosystem, including overseeing system updates, access controls, database environments, and integrated third-party applications. The role ensures the stability and optimization of the institution's ERP architecture by managing Linux-based Tomcat servers, web platforms, and connected systems while leading response efforts during system outages and ensuring reliable backup and recovery of all ERP/SIS applications. It further supports data planning through administration of on-premise Oracle databases, execution of data-warehousing strategies, performance tuning, and development, rehearsal, and refinement of disaster-recovery procedures. Additionally, the position supervises team operations by organizing workloads, evaluating performance, participating in hiring and disciplinary processes, and documenting all ERP/SIS environments, processes, and procedures. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred Qualifications* Experience with managing Ellucian Banner ERP/SIS * Experience installing a Ellucian Banner 9 and related products * Knowledge of Banner Document Management System * Knowledge of Ellucian Ethos Platform and integrations * Experience using PL/SQL * Experience working with Tomcat * Experience in Disaster Recovery planning * Tuning and optimizing database environments * Ability to manage multiple complex and time sensitive projects simultaneously * Excellent communication skills *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bel Air, MD. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $47.00/hr.
