Overview
Assist with the planning, execution and management of grant funded programs within Carle Addiction Recovery Center. This manager is responsible for oversight and coordination of programs associated with Carle Addiction Recovery Center. This position will also assist in the engagement of community stakeholders and assisting with the building of coalitions throughout central Illinois to establish recovery oriented systems of care that allow for a coordinated network of community based services and supports for those with, or at risk of substance misuse. Qualifications Certifications: Proof of Auto Insurance - Varies; Driver's License - Illinois Secretary of State (ILSOS), Education: Bachelor's Degree, Work Experience: Program development and program evaluation; Substance abuse behavioral heatlh; Leadership Responsibilities Assist with the planning and implementation of grant programs under direction of the department leadership. Collaborate with leadership to set targets for grant programs and other activities; monitor progress to ensure targets are met by defined deadlines Keep staff informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring smooth completion of work responsibilities Organize completion of program reports with leadership. Facilitate cross-team and multi-site collaborations Coordinate with other units to ensure the timing and integrity of the awards and deliverables. Create new liasions and strengthen existing partnerships between Carle Health and local, regional and state organizations Submit required program reports and vouchers to funder by deadline. Monitor service metrics as established by the department leadership, and engage with team members as needed to ensure the highest level of service; provide thoughtful and actionable suggestions to improve quality and value to researchers, other staff, and external partners Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and review of existing policies Collaborate with all departments and represent grant programs across the institution Maintain awareness of individual and departmental grant activities Present grant program materials to a variety of constituents including institution wide, regional collaborative, and national meetings as requested by leadership. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $29.85per hour - $51.34per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
