Position Summary
You will lead product work across CRM, patient portals, and mobile apps that support patient services. You will partner with clinical, patient services, data, privacy, and engineering teams to define product strategy and deliver solutions that improve patient experience. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for CRM, patient portals, and apps. Prioritize features based on user needs and business value.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to enable engineering and vendor delivery.
  • Work with UX designers and researchers to validate concepts and run usability testing with patients and providers.
  • Ensure solutions meet privacy, security, and regulatory requirements for handling protected health information.
  • Use metrics and user feedback to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor partners, and support go-live and adoption activities.

Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management, computer science, healthcare, or related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience building CRM, portals, or mobile apps in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Experience writing user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and working with Agile delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and APIs, and experience integrating systems across data, identity, and authentication.
  • Understanding of health data privacy and security requirements (for example HIPAA) and experience applying them to product design.
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce CRM, or similar healthcare CRM platforms.
  • Experience with identifying and implementing AI use case(s) within patient services
  • Experience with patient support programs, specialty pharmacy workflows, or hub services

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Experience with interoperable health standards and APIs (for example FHIR) and health information exchange patterns.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Previous work with external vendors, SaaS platforms, or platform migrations.
  • Background in analytics, experimentation, and defining product KPIs to measure impact.
  • Certifications or training in Agile, product management, or privacy compliance.
