Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Manager, Strategic & Channel Partnerships based either remotely or onsite in Lexington, KY. The Manager, Strategic & Channel Partnerships is responsible for developing, managing, and growing a network of authorized channel partners to drive revenue, market coverage, and brand presence. This role serves as the primary point of contact for distributors, integrators, and resellers, ensuring alignment with company strategy, product focus, and revenue goals. The Manager of Strategic & Channel Partners plays a critical role in partner enablement, performance management, and execution of go to market initiatives. This role will partner with the regional sales representatives to drive revenue in each geography.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $100,000 - $120,000 plus a generous Sales Incentive Plan (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do
  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability
  • Drive sales growth through partner-led opportunities and joint account planning with assigned territory sales representative
  • Deliver ongoing product, technical, and sales training to channel partners
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing to execute channel programs, promotions, and campaigns
  • Partner closely with Direct Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Customer Support
What we require
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner development
  • Proven success managing and growing channel partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of channel economics, pricing structures, and partner programs
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Travel up to 50%
