Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Manager, Strategic & Channel Partnerships based either remotely or onsite in Lexington, KY. The Manager, Strategic & Channel Partnerships is responsible for developing, managing, and growing a network of authorized channel partners to drive revenue, market coverage, and brand presence. This role serves as the primary point of contact for distributors, integrators, and resellers, ensuring alignment with company strategy, product focus, and revenue goals. The Manager of Strategic & Channel Partners plays a critical role in partner enablement, performance management, and execution of go to market initiatives. This role will partner with the regional sales representatives to drive revenue in each geography. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $100,000 - $120,000 plus a generous Sales Incentive Plan (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
