The Construction Manager is responsible for leading field-level construction execution across Services projects. This role serves as the primary owner of construction readiness, field team member management, subcontractor coordination, field safety alignment, and execution sequencing. The Construction Manager bridges the gap between project management and field operations, enabling consistent execution, improved safety performance, schedule adherence, and margin protection as the Services portfolio continues to grow. Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field of study 5-7 Years of Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Construction Management, Field Operations, Project Management Roles Preferred Education & Experience
8-11 Years of Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Utility, Transmission, or Industrial environments Licenses and Certifications: Project Management Methodologies Spans of Control
