SAP Functional Consultant - Order Management (Temporary Position)

Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid - minimum 3 days onsite/week)

Pay Rate: $75-$81/hour

Duration: 18-Month Contract

We are hiring an experienced SAP Functional Consultant - Order Management for a long-term temporary opportunity in Dearborn, MI. This role is ideal for a skilled SAP professional with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Order to Cash (OTC), and Sales & Distribution (SD) processes who can make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve Order to Cash (OTC) business processes for efficiency and performance.
• Gather requirements, lead workshops, and create functional specifications.
• Configure SAP SD modules including sales orders, pricing, billing, and credit management.
• Manage workstreams involving data migration, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate testing efforts including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop user training materials and provide post-go-live support.
• Create reports and dashboards to track order management performance.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver best-in-class SAP solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA OTC/SD modules.
• Hands-on SAP configuration and functional specification experience.
• Knowledge of EDI, middleware, transport management, batch jobs, and data migration.
• Experience integrating SAP with FI, MM, WM, and third-party systems.
• Proven success on 2+ full-cycle SAP implementations, including one Greenfield preferred.
• Automotive or aftermarket SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
