Production Line Ready

• Entry-level position - training provided
• Ability to liftupto 50 lbs and stand for the entire 8-hour shift
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Knowledge of postal regulations preferred
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Your Day at the Plant

• Set up and operate mailing inserter equipment to meet production goals
• Schedule and coordinate workloads for inserting, metering, and sorting mail
• Follow all postal regulations and internal quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Monitor production runs for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Complete production reports and track job progress
