Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and inspect products using engineering drawings and test procedures.
• Work with electrical and mechanical equipment during assembly operations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble units that do not pass testing.
• Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Move materials using hand carts, cranes, or by hand as needed.
• Support daily 5S cleaning and workplace organization activities.
• Assist team members with production and quality improvement solutions.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
