  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to share information, advise on projects, resolve issues, set priorities, and deliver work within schedule and budget.
  • Create and maintain diagrams and documentation for current-state and future-state OT configurations.
  • Evaluate vendor products and services for applicability to OT hardware, software, networks, and related systems.
  • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert for solution design, development, testing, and deployment of new capabilities and significant enhancements.
  • Monitor applicable federal, state, and local requirements and support compliance so systems meet regulatory obligations.
  • Contribute to the company technology roadmap and provide input to departmental budgeting.
  • Participate in the OT support team's on-call rotation.
  • May provide functional leadership to field technicians, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Experience designing and implementing real-time T&D control systems.
  • Strong technical understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
