Opportunity Details:

  • Provide patient care, under the responsibility and supervision of a physician, diagnostic and therapeutic tasks to allow the physician to extend their services.
  • Within the physician/physician assistant relationship, physician assistants may exercise autonomy in decision making within the constraints of appropriate experience and training.
  • Physician Assistant practice is centered on patient care and may include educational, research, and administrative activities.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Qualifications
  • Current certification/admissibility issued by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants)
  • Current NYS Registration
  • BLS Certification /Infection Control Certification

Wages and Benefits Include:
Annual Base Salary:$131,127* to $174,836* -based on years of state licensure and a40-hour work week.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $144,239** to $192,319** (based on years of state licensure),which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
    • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
    • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
  • Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, CME.
  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 3x your salary (up to a maximum of $250,000) provided at no cost to you.
  • Additional employee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage is available for you and your family.
  • Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence-based): Provided at no cost to the employee.
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
  • Pre-tax employee-paid contributions for commuting expenses.
