Essential Functions:
1. Supervising and mentoring accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.
2. Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable and payment of accounts payable. Ensure all related reserves
and accruals are appropriate.
3. Responsible for recording and maintaining leases including preparation of monthly journal entries.
4. Assists with month end close and reporting including preparation of recurring journal entries, analysis and
reconciliation of general ledger accounts, and variance analysis within income statement and balance sheet
accounts.
5. Assists with both internal and external financial audits.
6. Assists with maintaining internal control and Sarbanes-Oxley Control processes and procedures.
7. Identifies opportunities for improving business processes, enhancing revenue, reducing costs or improving internal
controls, while maintaining ethics and integrity congruent to the Company's mission and values.
8. Assists Finance department with other projects as needed.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
2. CPA license required.
3. 5-10 years of Accounting/Finance experience with a demonstrated track record of increased responsibilities
required. 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
4. Experience with manufacturing required.
5. Microsoft D365, Basware, Billtrust, and Tagetik experience a plus.
Experience and Skills Required:
1. Knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to apply them.
2. Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and have good interpersonal skills.

Compensation Salary Range: OTC13 $99,566 - $149,343 The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(K) match, etc.
