Job Description

Raymond West is looking for a Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join our team! A Marketing & CRM Coordinator has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. The role is entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area and the Marketing & CRM Coordinator works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. The role will Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions. The Marketing & CRM Coordinator will focus on managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), executing targeted marketing campaigns and supporting marketing initiatives to drive engagement, retention and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, streamline communication and enhance the client journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.



  • Assign leads from various sources to sales reps using Oracle.
  • Ensures CRM data accuracy and completeness.
  • Implements and maintains CRM best practices.
  • Provides training and support to other team members on CRM usage
  • Monitor the performance of leads and propose lead generation optimizations.
  • Develop and designs impactful presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, flyers, videos, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Supports marketing events and trade shows
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, custom objects and fields, reports, dashboards, workflows/processes, and day-to-day CRM tasks.
  • Assist with various marketing administrative tasks.
  • Processing and tracking all Marketing invoices.


Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software

    • Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and Power Point
    • CRM or Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management tools)
    • Mapping Software


  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments
  • Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to correspond both verbally and in writing with other employees and vendors.
  • Must be willing and able to learn quickly and perform accurately and neatly with a degree of flexibility.
  • Must present a clean, neat, and professional appearance
  • Must maintain a professional attitude in all matters.
  • Must demonstrate self-confidence and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to comply with the employee handbook.
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and in a safe manner.


Education/Experience:


Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position



  • Preferred: bachelor's degree from four-year University; Business or related degree
  • 2-5 years' experience in Marketing, Relative experience, or equivalent experience in Material Handling.


Travel Requirement:



  • 20% (6 hours a week)
  • Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.

Pay Range:



  • The hourly range for this position is $22.77 - $40.00. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.


Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
