Summary of Job Duties:The Clinical Therapy Specialist for the Behavioral Health Service Line is a licensed social worker or counselor who functions within the three spheres of influence: patient-therapist-system. Must possess advanced knowledge of therapy practice and the ability to apply standards within the inpatient and/or outpatient practice areas. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related mental health field

  • 4+ years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years of experience in the specialty area for the position

  • Experience in crafting standards of practice for Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs), and Licensed Certified Social Workers (LCSWs)

  • Licensed by Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Able to follow oral and written instructions and communicate with others effectively

  • Ability to document services provided

  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance organizations/agencies

  • Excellent customer relations skills

  • Understands and abides by confidentiality policies
