Description and Requirements

.Key Global Responsibilities

  • Understands the customers' OEM technical requirements and translates them into Lenovo capabilities and products.
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving Lenovo ISG engineering, solution architects, product managers, and OEM partner technical teams throughout the sales development cycle in achieving accurate technical design to facilitate commercial engagements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports for multiple concurrent enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize technical content requirements (technical product certification, whitepapers, best practices, API/integration guides, firmware/BIOS enablement, etc.).
  • Identify gaps in technical commercial enablement and drive continuous improvement of assets to support OEM product integration and go-to-market activities.
  • Facilitate regular governance meetings and executive reviews with OEM partners and internal leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with Lenovo ISG product roadmaps and OEM partner development timelines.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities related to OEM engagements including configuration change management.
Basic Requirements:
  • 8+ years in the technical engineering project management field
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with project management and engineering
  • Sales acumen
  • Detail oriented
  • Product engineering
This position requires candidates to be based near our headquarters in Morrisville, NC and adhere to a 3:2 hybrid work schedule. This means three days on-site for in-person collaboration and two days remote each week, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
