Job Description: Amplify is seeking full-time Lead Professional Learning Specialists, Literacy, with backgrounds in teaching, coaching, and/or school leadership to join our Professional Development team and make a nationwide impact on educators and students. Lead Professional Learning Specialists (Lead PLS) facilitate high-quality professional learning for teachers and school leaders, ensuring they feel confident implementing Amplify literacy programs to drive student success. In addition, Lead PLS coach and support a cohort of approximately 20 Professional Learning Specialists (PLS), ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across engagements. Additional Information: Travel Travel is an essential function of this role. Travel is expected at approximately 60% or more during the summer season (May through September) and 20-40% during the school year. Travel includes overnight stays and transportation via car, plane, and/or public transportation, sometimes with limited advance notice. Travel-related expenses are reimbursed, including lodging, meals, mileage, and eligible travel time. Reimbursements are typically processed within 2-3 weeks of submission.
