Your Internship:

As a Social Media Intern, you'll work closely with Yardi's
Corporate Social Media team to monitor brand conversations, track performance,
and support key strategic initiatives. You'll gain handson experience with
enterpriselevel social media operations, from analytics to employee advocacy.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how data, content, and reputation
management come together to shape a global brand's digital presence.

Your Impact:

A typical day as a Social Media Intern may include:

• Monitor social platforms for brand mentions, industry
  conversations, emerging trends, and potential reputational risks.
• Flag highpriority mentions, track sentiment, and surface
  opportunities for engagement or amplification.
• Support data collection and analysis across corporate and
  businessunit social channels.
• Assist in building monthly performance reports and
  identifying trends that inform content optimization.
• Track KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, and
  follower growth.
• Support employee advocacy programs by curating content and
  monitoring engagement metrics
• Contribute to new advocacy initiatives and recommend
  opportunities to increase employee engagement.
• Assist in developing and supporting the launch of the CEO's
  LinkedIn presence ahead of the YASC conference in San Diego.

Your Profile:

• Junior or senior level college hours with a major in
  Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, digital
  marketing and brand strategy
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, X,
  Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
