General Job Description Quick Hire Opportunity - Apply Today, Start Fast! ES Residential is looking for a skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our team in Katy, TX. If you have hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and take pride in quality work-we want to talk to you. What You'll Do: * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings * Handle service calls in homeowner-occupied homes * Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in the field * Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics * Run conduit (PVC, EMT, MC, Romex) and set t-poles * Install panels, outlets, switches, and fixtures * Work independently with a company service truck * Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 2-4 Specific Qualifications What You Bring: * 2+ years of electrical experience * Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes * Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills * Ability to work independently in the field * Experience with tools, testing equipment, and service work * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 50 lbs * Comfortable with ladders, heights, and outdoor work * Ability to work in various weather conditions Work Environment: Mix of active construction sites and completed homes.
