Traveling NGDV Field Service Representatives

STS Technical Services is hiring Traveling Field Service Representatives nationwide.

STS Technical Services is seeking Traveling Field Service Representatives to support troubleshooting, maintenance, and vehicle repair operations across the United States. This is a high-travel role, with approximately 80% travel to customer sites, supporting equipment in real-world operating environments.

This position is built for technicians who can diagnose problems fast, fix them right, and represent the company professionally in front of customers. You are the face of the operation in the field. That matters.

• Travel to customer locations to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on equipment
  
• Deliver product orientation and operational training to end users
  
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine effective repair solutions
  
• Support dealer service technicians through onsite, phone, or email assistance
  
• Follow up on completed repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Communicate clearly with customers to resolve issues and improve equipment performance
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive, heavy truck, or marine repair
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working on electric vehicles
  
• Prior experience as a mobile mechanic required
  
• Ability to travel up to 80% across the United States
  

• Strong electrical systems background
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• ASE certifications
  

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling
  
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
  
• Occasional sitting, climbing, driving, and typing
  
• Ability to perform repetitive upper extremity motions and fine motor tasks
