The Senior Promotions Manager is a key driver of growth for Solenis' Pool Solutions division. This role is responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing promotions that drive sales and increase brand awareness across Mass and Professional Dealer(ProDealer) channels. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and data-driven individual with a proven track record of success in creating and implementing effective promotional marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive customer and consumer promotional strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and sales targets.
    • Conduct in-depth promotional research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends that drive promotional excellence.
    • Define target audiences and tailor promotions to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Promotion Development & Execution:
    • Conceptualize and execute a wide range of promotions, including but not limited to:
      • Mass:Consumer rebates, contests, sweepstakes support.
      • ProDealer:Volume discounts, incentive programs, sweepstakes, product bundles, and training programs.
    • Manage all aspects of promotion execution, including creative development, budgeting, production, distribution, and tracking.
    • Omnichannel distribution of promotions through customer outlets and digital channels to include Test to Swim App and customer websites.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate closely with sales, brand management and product management teams and other Solenis functions (customer service, supply chain and finance) to insure revenue growth and impact.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
    • Effectively communicate promotion details and updates to internal and external audiences.
  • Analysis & Optimization:
    • Track and analyze promotion performance, using data to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights.
    • Continuously optimize promotions based on data and feedback to maximize effectiveness.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage promotion budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and optimal resource allocation.
    • Track and report on budget performance, identifying variances and taking corrective actions as needed.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $107,500.00 and $157,663.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
