Job Title: Loan Operations Representative Location: Lewiston, ME 04240 Duration: 12 months Assignment (Potential to conversion and extension depends on performance) Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F, 8am to 5pm Work Model: Hybrid Model, 4 days a week in office Summary: Ideal candidate will be supporting Loans related to mortgages and another will be supporting heloc consumer loans team. Loan Service experience would be ideal. Loan servicing related to mortgage. Attention to detail. Decisioning loan experience. Ability to deliverables, quality of work. Responsibilities: Relocating funds that have been rejected by the system and were not able to be processed. G/L accounting, processing rejected payments for heloc/ consumer side. Must Have: Strong attention to detail. Administrative experience. MS office experience. Loan experience, Credit knowledge or mortgages experience. Working heloc loans / consumer loans nice to have. Strong Customer Service Skills. Education: High School Diploma.
