Working Leaderman (Structural Fitting)

Job Title: Structural Fitting Working Leaderman

Location: Houma, LA

Position Overview: A Structural Fitting Working Leaderman is responsible for directing his/her workforce in the successful fitting and welding of all piping components of assigned vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Must be familiar with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction.

* Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors.

* Must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed.

Qualifications:

* The ideal candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years of craft-specific experience performing structural fitting functions.

Skills and Abilities:

* Ability to interpret standard construction drawings.

* Basic knowledge of Structural Fitting specific processes and techniques.
