About the Role
We are looking for a Value Stream Leader - Fulfillment & Scaling to join Elixir Strings to enable how we deliver on our growth ambitions through a more flexible, disciplined, and scalable supply chain. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to manage demand from forecasting through supply and customer fulfillment, making sure new products, channels, and business models launch and scale smoothly. The central focus of this role is building supply chain flexibility through strong product and process design. You will establish how products can be procured, produced, and fulfilled across internal manufacturing, external partners, and hybrid models, while ensuring system integrity, operational stability, and cost discipline.You will also play a critical role in improving cost accuracy by ensuring product structures, manufacturing consumption, and supplier pricing are aligned with how the business operates, reducing variability and supporting COGS improvement.
This role is on site and located at one of our facilities in Elkton, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits:
- $125,000 - $155,000 per year
- Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

What You Will Do
- Design and enable how demand is fulfilled across channels, aligning customer commitments, supply availability, and business priorities
- Partner with Sales Operations to ensure demand input, channel strategies, and customer commitments are executable within supply chain capabilities
- Build and implement a repeatable launch and scale-up engine, ensuring new products move from setup through delivery with consistency and control
- Lead the stand-up of supply chains for new products and business opportunities, coordinating sourcing, manufacturing (internal and external), logistics, and distribution
- Design and manage product structures within JD Edwards (E1), including Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Routes (BOR), to support multiple and alternative supply pathways
- Enable flexible supply chain models by structuring BOM/BOR and product data to support hybrid manufacturing scenarios while maintaining clear and reliable system execution
- Own the integrity of product and supply chain data (PDM), ensuring item setup, routing, and material structures support accurate planning, production, and fulfillment
- Improve cost accuracy by ensuring manufacturing consumption, routing, and supplier pricing are correctly represented, reducing Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and work order variances
- Simplify and connect end-to-end supply chain flow across planning, sourcing, production, and fulfillment to reduce variability and improve execution stability
- Use data and structured problem-solving to identify constraints, reduce variability, and drive continuous improvement across fulfillment performance and cost outcomes
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience across supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments
- Strong experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards E1 and SAP S/4 preferred), including product data, item master, and supply chain structures
- Hands-on experience designing and managing Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Routes (BOR)
- Experience enabling multiple production or sourcing pathways for the same product (internal, external, or hybrid manufacturing models)
- Demonstrated experience improving product data accuracy, reducing manufacturing and purchase price variances, and contributing to cost of goods sold (COGS) improvement
- Demonstrated end-to-end experience (plan, source, make, deliver)
- Experience supporting new product launches, supply chain stand-up, or operational scale-up
- Strong understanding of how product structures, routing, and pricing impact execution, inventory, and cost performance
- Proven ability to simplify complex processes while maintaining flexibility and control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive measurable improvements.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales Operations
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer goods, branded products, or multi-channel environments
- Experience with contract manufacturing and external supplier networks
- Experience applying Lean management or Gore Business System principles to manage and improve endtoend value streams, reduce variability, and support stable, scalable execution
