Baker Hughes is a leading global energy technology company, serving customers across the energy value chain in more than 120 countries. The Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) segment plays a critical role in delivering differentiated technologies, services, and solutions that support safe, efficient, and sustainable energy operations. Through disciplined financial stewardship and strategic partnership, OFSE drives longterm value creation aligned with enterprise growth priorities and the evolving energy landscape.

Fuel your passion

The OFSE FP&A Strategic Planning Leader drives the longterm financial and strategic planning agenda for the OFSE segment, connecting the LongRange Plan (LRP), the 6quarter integrated outlook, and enterprise growth priorities into a coherent, executiveready narrative. This role partners closely with OFS product lines, geozones, functions, and Corporate Finance teams, serving as the primary FP&A point of contact for Strategic Marketing and Supply Chain. By embedding a disciplined, forwardlooking planning framework, the role enables informed decisionmaking, effective capital allocation, and enterpriselevel alignment.

As an OFSE FP&A Strategic Planning Leader, you will be responsible for:

* Driving the OFSE LongRange Plan (LRP), coordinating crossfunctional inputs and translating strategic assumptions into a clear, multiyear financial trajectory.
* Leading the 6quarter rolling forecast and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and financial perspectives while surfacing early risks and opportunities.
* Preparing OFSE Board of Directors and executive leadership materials, synthesizing performance, strategy, and outlook into concise, compelling narratives.
* Driving Strategy Deployment across OFSE by cascading LRP objectives into Annual Plan priorities and Goals & Objectives (G&O) for the OFSE CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
* Coordinating the financial framing of Enterprise Growth Priorities, linking strategic initiatives to longrange planning, outlooks, and performance reporting.
* Supporting capital allocation decisions across OFSE by structuring business cases for strategic investments and programs, including evaluation of financial tradeoffs and returns.
* Delivering adhoc strategic analyses for the OFSE CEO, CFO, FP&A Leader, and Executive Leadership Team, applying structured problemsolving and analytical rigor to complex, crossfunctional topics.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Have a degree from an accredited university or college.
* Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, including significant FP&A experience within complex, matrixed organizations.
* Demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear executivelevel insights.
* Show proven experience preparing Board and CEOlevel materials, balancing accuracy, clarity, and strategic perspective.
* Bring deep expertise in longrange planning, forecasting, scenario modelling, and integrated business planning processes.
* Have experience structuring strategic business cases and supporting capital allocation decisions, including NPV, IRR, and payback analyses.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the credibility to partner effectively across functions and senior leadership levels.
* Excel in a global, matrix environment, combining strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
