Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Injection Mold Changeover Technician II to support a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing operation. This position will optimize changeovers, stabilize processes, and drive uptime on advanced Husky HyPET and G-Line systems. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment while contributing directly to production performance and continuous improvement. Schedule: M-F Essential Responsibilities/Duties: Lead mold and core changeovers (target: 2-6 hours) with a focus on efficiency and repeatability Education, Skills & Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in injection molding or high-speed plastics manufacturing Advanced mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Pay Transparency Statement - Compensation The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $36.98 to $40.95 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location.
