Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000

Provide accurate and timely assistance to multiple offices with the day-to-day operations of the human resources function. In close partnership with the Human Resources team, this role will perform a variety of complex, technical, and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, culture and recognition, HR operations, and employee onboarding.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership and office managers, providing guidance and support on all human resources matters.
  • Oversee and support the execution of day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives across the region, including culture-building activities, employee recognition programs, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate and oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience across locations.
  • Act as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support investigations and resolve employee relations issues in partnership with the central HR team.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of regional training programs to support leadership and employee development.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to leadership to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records in accordance with internal procedures and applicable laws.
  • Partner with other HR team members to streamline processes, improve systems, and implement HR initiatives.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience within human resources.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
