- Pay Rate: $25.50 to $28.00 Depending on Experience with an additional $5.09 per hour Health and Welfare wage

What You'll Do:
In this role, you will provide administrative support to facilities operations by coordinating maintenance activities, assisting with service contract management, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. You will ensure documentation, tracking systems, and communication processes are well organized to support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of buildings, grounds, and essential services. Key Responsibilities
- Compile, review, and organize documentation required for contract packages prior to government submission
- Maintain tracking systems for contracts, including status, funding, timelines, and performance metrics
- Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance within Army and internal database systems
- Prepare and process purchase requests, work orders, and funding documentation
- Provide administrative support for project tracking, including status updates, schedule coordination, and quality control documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy) for contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate and document service agreements between internal departments and external partners
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Provide administrative support to facilities operations, including maintenance and grounds programs
- Assist in the coordination and documentation of service contracts (e.g., custodial, landscaping, waste management, utilities)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in facilities, operations, contract support, or a similar field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to review data, spot issues, and communicate clear recommendations
- Able to write clear emails and basic reports related to maintenance or operations
- Experience with systems like GFEBS/SAP is helpful (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Background working with the U.S. Army Reserve or military facilities is (highly preferred)
Requirements:
- Associate degree (preferred), but not required (relevant experience will be considered)
- At least 5-7 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check (NACI)
Work Environment:
This is a support role with no direct supervisory responsibilities. You'll collaborate with facilities teams, project staff, and government stakeholders to help keep operations running efficiently.
