What You'll Do:

As the TacMobile System Analyst, you will support U.S. Navy and FMS Tactical Operations Centers, mission systems ground stations, and engineering teams, including P-8A Increment 3 Block 2 Ground Stations (PGS) and legacy TacMobile subsystems. Responsibilities include system and software installation, operational integration, testing and evaluation, and training of U.S. and international personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting TacMobile as an analyst and performing duties as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Instructing classroom lectures and lab training to military, government, and contract employees.
  • Attend meetings via in person or VTC supporting US Navy and foreign partners.
  • Supporting curriculum development, classroom/lab instruction on, and personnel qualification standards (PQS) for the PGS and legacy TacMobile systems.
  • Researching, analyzing, and troubleshooting ground system faults and trends.
  • Developing and presenting technical status briefings.
  • Position will require up to 25% travel.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Boeing P-8A Poseidon mission operations and U.S. Navy TacMobile systems.
  • 7+ years of TacMobile experience.
  • Officer-in-Charge and qualified TacMobile Task Group Watch Officer (TGWO).
  • Experience supporting maritime ISR, ASW, aviation operations, and TacMobile ground station deployments.
  • Operational experience with international partners (e.g., UK, Canada, Germany, Norway, Australia) and major exercises (e.g., Dynamic Mongoose, Joint Warrior, BALTOPS, Sea Dragon).
  • Familiarity with Mission Planning Capability (MPC) and Preflight Insertion Data (PID).
  • Navy 400-level Instructor (TacMobile Watch Operations).
  • Deployment experience across 5th, 6th, and 7th Fleets, including TOC watch floor operations.
  • Experience with expeditionary TacMobile systems (HDT shelters, power distribution, ECUs, MEP generators).
  • Instructional experience supporting TOCRON Training Teams, ORE, ARP, and FIUT.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Associate's acceptable).
  • Experience with COP, KMI/COMSEC.
  • Background in training development, curriculum design, and instructional systems.
  • Proficiency with virtual machines and Windows applications.

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Position will require a CI polygraph. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
