What's Required to Join the Team

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience (invoice processing, matching, batching, coding).
• Experience processing payments (ACH, checks) and supporting weekly check runs.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (MAS500 preferred) and vendor management.
• Knowledge of Sales & Use Tax and basic accounting principles.
• Detail-driven with accurate data entry skills.
• Excel skills and comfort with office software.
• Strong organizational habits and ability to prioritize.
